SSTV pictures from the MIR Space Station

So whats the big deal about some pictures from MIR? Good question. As we all know, its real easy to find all kinds of pictures of MIR and other stuff. The reason this is different, is that these images were transmitted on an amateur radio frequency directly to my PC! Now THAT is cool! Yes I know the image quality isn't as good as am IMAX photo, nonetheless it is still exciting to see the picture appear on your screen.
